Man, 28, enies rape charge

A 28-year-old man has denied raping a woman.

Sean O’Halloran, of Northland Road, pleaded not guilty to further charges of sexual assault and sexual assault by penetration.

The charges relate to an alleged incident on May 11, 2014.

The case was adjourned for two weeks for witness availability to be sought.

O’Halloran was released on continuing bail.
